    Dr. Ray Davis has worked with educators both nationally and internationally for over 38 years. His consulting includes educational agencies in multiple states, in addition to the U.S. Army, ACT, Kuder, Inc., RTI, Inc., and numerous colleges and universities. Ray has served as an adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina’s College of Education and have done contractual work for the University’s Career Center. As a passionate advocate for positive change, Ray provides a “how-to” model through which state legislators, state business and industry leaders can achieve stronger career guidance in public schools.

    Leia is a CCE Board Certified Coach specializing in transitions. For over 25 years she has coached a variety of individual clients and workplace teams in navigating change. As a former agency director, she led initiatives and policy reforms for women and also headed up a major transition team for 11,000 employees. She has integrated her training as a writer and teacher with her coaching model and for eight years has trained facilitators in transition writing in the Therapeutic Writing Institute. After acquiring a bachelor’s degree in political science from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University, Leidya continued on to obtain a master’s degree in international relations from the American University in Cairo and has completed a master's in counseling psychology through a distance program with Hope International University in California. Leidya’s professional experience includes two years as a diplomatic attaché in the Egyptian foreign service and two years in the cultural section of the American Embassy in Cairo working on public diplomacy programs.
